Email is the primary attack vector for phishing, business email compromise, and ransomware delivery. Email security is a layered set of controls that authenticate your domain so attackers cannot impersonate it, filter inbound threats before they reach inboxes, and monitor for credential compromise and suspicious behavior. Without these controls, your domain can be spoofed to send fraudulent emails that appear to come from your practice.

BoTech configures DMARC, DKIM, and SPF records in your DNS, the three authentication protocols that prevent domain spoofing. DMARC policy is set to enforcement so unauthorized senders are blocked, not just logged. Anti-phishing filtering is deployed at the mail gateway level. Reports are monitored monthly for authentication failures and suspicious sending activity. All configuration is documented for HIPAA and SOC 2 evidence.
