BoTech Security Solutions is a managed security and compliance provider headquartered in Lee's Summit, Missouri. We build and maintain HIPAA and SOC 2 programs for healthcare practices, law firms, and financial services organizations with 10 to 50 employees — in the Kansas City metro, Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma City, and nationally.
A 10-provider medical practice and a 300-provider hospital system have the same HIPAA obligations. The hospital has a compliance department, a CISO, and a legal team. The practice has a practice manager who is also handling billing.
